Meditation

These days everyone are busy??Exercise-they dont have time to do,if they want to go to gym some are unable to go due to many reasons.For all of them therz a good method by doiong meditation.
This is the best method to reduce our stress,strain and tension is doing meditation.Some of the people are very lazy to do exercise,so for them this is the best method to keep their body fit.
Meditation can be done anywhere,anytime and doesn't need any machines.Whle doing meditation tho most important thing is that you must not get disturbed, also while doing this all ur concentration must be on ur breathing.WHile concentrating you can feel that the air we breathe is goin more deeper to the lungs than we take normally.So with this the lungs get clean and even the blood gets pure.
With the help of meditation your power of concentration increases.Meditation can be done after getting up or in the afternoon or before sleeping.But it is more effective if it is done int he morning times.
After completion of the meditation dont open your eyes fastly.First rub your hands then put them on your face then slowly remove your hands and at the same time open your eyes slowly.
After doing this you first feel fresh and your surroundings appear very much pleasant to you.Make a habit to do "MEDITATION" every day.
