Body care:
Sleeping is one of the most relaxation for a body.We require minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day.While we sleep what happens is the body repairs itself internally.So how busy you may be sleep for sometime.
Many of us sleep with the cellphone beside us(mostly the students) which is more harmful as the heat produced by the cellphone damages our brain..
The place where we sleep must be pleasant and even the painting of the room must quite pleasant.So,its better to have some pleasant colour in the bedroom.
Sleeping reduces stress,strain and also strengthens your body.It keeps the mind fresh.
These may sound very funny but they should be taken care.
