Diet

Diet:
Diet is the most important for a person to maintain the body fit and strong.a person has to maintain a perfect diet so that he/she could be healthy.
Try to maintain a perfect diet otherwise it may cause headache if u dont dont eat accordingly.
Dont's:
1.Try to avoid junk food which causes damage not only to your health but also to your teeth after some years.
2.Dont eat food at late night.
3.Avoid oily foods.
4.Also avoid foods which contain more cholestrols.
5.Dont eat foods which contain more masala in them as they cause hairfall.
Do's:
1.Start your day with a glass of water (drink as soon as u get up).
2.Try to take your dinner before 8pm.
3.For breakfast eat some sprouts.
4.Eat as many as fruits and drink much water.
5.Sleep early.
6.Sleep atleast 6 hours per day as it relaxes ur brain.
