Fitness: Body care

The part in our body which easily gets spoilt is "LEGS".They get polluted soo easily.
The bets thing to do is to wear shoes i.e., if you are visiting any far places or travelling for a long distance,you must be wearing shoes.Actually, what happens is the dust does not rest on our legs.So,try to avoid dusty areas.
Buy the footware which is more comfortable.It must be smoother and must have some cushioning effect.Never walk wuthout footware(but some places they have to be removed viz. temple etc).
Students who are going to colleges by buses or by their own vehicles must be compulsarily wearing shoes.
In winter seasons ,we will be having an issue of having cracks in the legs so to reduce them the most important thing we can do is apply cold cream to your legs before sleeping.
Don't grow your nails too long.Cut your nails every week or two.
